3. Cookies and analytics
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. This includes cookies set by Squarespace and by Google Analytics, if connected. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, though some features may not work as well without them.
4. Health information
To keep you safe, we ask you to complete waiver, intake, and health screening forms before participating in certain services. This information is collected and stored through Vagaro, our scheduling and forms provider, under a Business Associate Agreement. We use your health information only to provide our services safely and appropriately. We do not sell it and we do not use it for marketing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:
- Service providers who help us operate, including Squarespace (website hosting), Vagaro (scheduling, payments, forms, and waivers), Google (email and productivity), our email marketing provider, and Instagram, which may load content on our Site. These providers handle your information under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we believe in good faith that sharing is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers, if we reorganize, merge, or transfer part of our business, in which case information may transfer as part of that transaction.
6. Email marketing and your choices
If you opt in, we may send you newsletters and updates about workshops, classes, and studio news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Transactional messages, such as booking confirmations and reminders, are not marketing and are part of providing the service.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures, and rely on the security practices of providers like Squarespace and Vagaro, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. Residents of Oregon and some other states have specific rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, contact us at info@stablecorewellness.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Our services and Site are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a minor participates in an eligible service, we rely on a parent or legal guardian to provide and consent to any information, as described in our Terms and Conditions. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as Vagaro booking pages and Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, and this Policy does not cover them. Please review their policies.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
