Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 9/15/2026 Last updated: 9/15/2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at stablecorewellness.com (the "Site") and any classes, sessions, services, workshops, digital content, and bookings offered by Stable Core Wellness ("Stable Core Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, booking a service, or participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or book with us.

1. Who we are

Stable Core Wellness is a boutique wellness practice based in Ontario, Oregon, offering Pilates, yoga, breathwork, equestrian coaching, and PEMF therapy for people and horses. Bookings, payments, waivers, and intake forms are handled through our scheduling provider, Vagaro.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to book a service or create an account, unless otherwise stated in Section 8. If you create a booking account through Vagaro, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Our services

We offer in-person and virtual movement classes, private sessions, breathwork, equestrian coaching, and PEMF therapy. Class names, formats, schedules, instructors, capacities, and pricing may change at any time. Descriptions on the Site are for general information and are not a guarantee of any specific result, outcome, or health benefit.

4. Booking, payments, and pricing

  • Bookings are made through Vagaro and are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from the scheduling system.
  • Prices are listed at the time of booking and are subject to change. The price that applies is the price shown when you complete your booking.
  • Payment is processed through Vagaro and its payment partners. By booking, you authorize the applicable charge to your selected payment method.
  • We are not responsible for errors, outages, or charges caused by third-party payment processors, though we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve any issue.

5. Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds

  • Cancellation window: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session start time at no charge.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time, and no-shows, are charged the full session price.
  • Class size: Group classes have limited capacity. Late cancellations take a spot that another client could have used, which is why the fee applies.
  • Refunds: Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. If we cancel a session, you may reschedule or receive a credit or refund for that session.
  • We may waive a fee at our discretion for emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Waivers are case by case and are not a change to this policy.

6. Packages, class packs, and gift cards

  • Class packs, series, and packages are non-refundable and expire 12 months after the date of purchase unless a different term is stated at purchase.
  • Unused sessions are forfeited at expiration and have no cash value.
  • Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

7. Health, safety, and assumption of risk

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

7.1 Not medical advice

Our services support general wellness, movement, and relaxation. They are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or psychological therapy, and they are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed healthcare provider. Nothing on the Site or in any session should be taken as medical advice.

7.2 Consult your provider first

You should consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new movement, breathwork, or wellness program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing any medical condition. You participate based on your own judgment about your fitness to do so.

7.3 Assumption of risk

Physical movement, Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and related activities carry inherent risks, including muscle strain, injury, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, and, in rare cases, serious injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. You agree to stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress at any time.

7.4 Breathwork

Breathwork can produce strong physical and emotional responses, including lightheadedness, tingling, muscle tension, temperature changes, and emotional release. Breathwork may not be appropriate for everyone. Do not participate without clearance from your healthcare provider if you have or have had cardiovascular disease, high or unstable blood pressure, an aneurysm or history of aneurysm, epilepsy or a seizure disorder, glaucoma or retinal detachment, a recent surgery or injury, a serious psychiatric condition, or if you are pregnant. This list is not exhaustive. You are responsible for disclosing relevant conditions on your intake form.

7.5 PEMF therapy for people

PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) therapy is offered for general wellness and relaxation. It is not a medical device treatment, has not been evaluated by us for any medical purpose, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use PEMF therapy without clearance from your physician if you have an implanted electronic or metal device (including a pacemaker or defibrillator), if you are pregnant, if you have active bleeding, or if you have any condition affected by electromagnetic fields. This list is not exhaustive.

7.6 Your responsibility to disclose

You agree to complete our intake and health screening honestly and to promptly tell your instructor about any condition, injury, medication, or symptom that could affect your safety. We rely on the information you provide.

8. Equestrian activities and equine services

8.1 Inherent risk of equine activities

Working with horses is inherently dangerous. Horses can behave unpredictably regardless of training or handling. Under Oregon law (ORS 30.687 to 30.697), an equine activity sponsor or professional is generally not liable for injury or death of a participant that results from the inherent risks of equine activities. By participating in any equestrian coaching, riding, training, driving, grooming, or horse-adjacent activity with us, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

8.2 Signed release required

As a condition of participating in any equine activity, adult participants must knowingly sign our equine release before the activity, as provided under ORS 30.691 and 30.693. If you do not sign the release, you may not participate in equine activities.

8.3 Minors

A minor may participate in equestrian coaching or Pilates only if a parent or legal guardian is present, has read and signed the applicable release on the minor's behalf, and remains responsible for the minor at all times. Breathwork and PEMF are limited to participants 18 and older.

8.4 Equine PEMF and your horse

Equine PEMF therapy is a wellness service for horses and is not veterinary care. It is not a substitute for examination or treatment by a licensed veterinarian. As the horse's owner or authorized agent, you are responsible for your horse's health, temperament, handling, and fitness for the session, and for disclosing any condition that could affect safety. You are responsible for obtaining veterinary clearance where appropriate. We are not liable for injury to any horse arising from the inherent risks of the activity or from conditions we were not told about.

9. Waiver and intake requirement

Participation in any in-person or virtual service is conditioned on completing our required waiver, intake, and health screening forms through Vagaro. We may decline or end participation if required forms are not complete.

10. Virtual and livestream classes

  • Virtual classes are provided over third-party platforms. You are responsible for your own space, equipment, and internet connection.
  • You participate in virtual sessions at your own risk and in an unsupervised environment. Make sure your space is clear and safe before you begin.
  • Access links are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
  • Group virtual sessions may be recorded for quality and for participants who could not attend live. We do not guarantee that any recording will be made, retained, or shared, unless it is added to our video library.

11. Recording, photography, and media

We may photograph or record classes, workshops, and sessions for promotional and instructional use. If you do not wish to appear in photos or recordings, tell us in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you. In group virtual sessions, other participants may be visible; by joining, you accept that possibility.

12. Conduct and right to refuse service

We want a safe and respectful space for everyone. We may refuse, remove, or decline service to anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or in violation of these Terms, without refund where a fee has already been earned.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, class descriptions, videos, and original instructional materials, is owned by or licensed to Stable Core Wellness and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content or sessions, including any gated video library content, without our written permission. Methodologies taught in our sessions may be owned by or licensed from third parties and are used with permission.

14. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, including Squarespace, Vagaro, and video and email providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or availability of third-party services.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stable Core Wellness and its owner, instructors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Site, participation in any service, or reliance on any information provided.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stable Core Wellness and its owner, instructors, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the Site, your participation in any service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Malheur County, Oregon, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
